We currently offer a two-week free trial of the Premium plan, a great way to test the system and ensure it's the right fit for your needs.
How to sign up
You can sign up by visiting our main page and selecting anywhere you see 'Try for free'. On the next page, you’ll be prompted to create an account in two ways:
Enter your email address and you'll receive a login link to connect.
Option to sign up using your Google account for faster registration.
If you opt to sign up using your email address, you'll receive an email asking you to log into your account (which confirms that email address), which you'll need to do within 5 minutes. If you don't do it within this time, that link expires, and you'll need to try again.
After selecting 'Log in,' you'll be taken to this page in your browser, where you can fill in your details and customize your CRM. If you use incorrect information, you can amend your first and last name, as well as your company name, after you sign up.
Please select one of these options on the next page to help us understand why you're interested in folk. Depending on which one you choose, we'll create personalized groups so you can organise your contacts effectively.
At this stage in the signup process, we recommend connecting your email, making it super easy to centralize your contacts within folk, but you can skip this if you wish.

What the free trial includes
During the free trial, you’ll have access to Folk's Premium features, allowing you to test its full capabilities. These include:
Unlimited contacts
5000 Messages per month per member (each member of the workspace can send up to 5000 messages every month) - single messages and sequences included.
1000 contacts enrichment per month for the whole workspace
5000 magic fields per month for the whole workspace
Price per seat (calculated based on the number of members in your workspace):
50$/member/month (monthly plan)
40$/member/month (yearly plan)
End of the trial
After your free trial finishes, you'll be blocked unless you sign up for a paid plan. Being blocked means you still have account access, including signing up for a paid plan, but you cannot view your groups and data. Feel free to contact us if you need access to export your data for a short time. Please find more details about our data deletion policy here.
Can I get an extension?
Yes! When your trial has finished, you can add seven more days by going to Settings & members and selecting 'Add 7 days' in the grey banner at the top of your pages. Alternatively, please get in touch with the team, and we'll look into extending this for you 😊
