Where is my Personal details page?
This page is in the 'Settings & members' section on the right side of your account.
Upload a picture
You can upload an image of yourself in JPG, GIF, or PNG format, which will appear in various areas of your account. For the best results, we recommend the size be 256x256px.
First and Last name
You can change these in the boxes provided.
Change your email address
Please update your email address underneath the first and last name boxes. Remember to check your existing email inbox for your verification email!
When you can't change an email:
if the email is already assigned to an active user (meaning an email that is a member of a workspace)
if the email is an alias and already associated with another user
If you experience any issues changing your email, please contact the folk team.
Changing the login email address doesn't affect notes & reminders.
Open links in the desktop app
When toggled on, this feature allows certain links, such as login, published groups, and your folk workspace, to be redirected to your desktop app (if downloaded on your device).
Appearance
You can now customise the look of folk on your device! You can choose between light and dark to suit your needs.
💡 Please note: Your Personal details page will allow you to edit your workspace account connected to the email address you're logged in with. These changes aren't applied to all users, only yourself.
