When does your folk data will get deleted?
We ensure the privacy and security of your data by adhering to a structured data deletion schedule. Here’s how our data deletion process works:
Initial Notification: Blocked workspaces users will receive a notification about the impending deletion 15 days after their last login.
Confirmation Notification: We send out a confirmation notification 7 days following the initial notification. This serves as a final reminder to take any necessary actions if you wish to retain your workspace.
Deletion of workspace: If no action is taken to preserve the workspace after receiving the confirmation notification, the workspace will be permanently deleted 3 days later.
How can I prevent my data from being deleted ?
If you log in, we will consider the account as active and won’t delete your data. Though the above process will always be restarted after your last login.
Can I restore the data of my workspace?
Once the deletion process is initiated, recovery of the workspace or its data will not be possible.
