In Web or Desktop app
To delete your account, go to Settings > Workspace details where you can delete your workspace and all associated data.
In Mobile
Go to Settings β Delete account to submit a deletion request.
Please an email to support@folk.app or reach out through the chat available in-app.
Important:
If you send an email, send it from the email address associated with your folk workspace.
If that's not possible, our team will reach out to verify your identity and confirm the deletion.
Note: The mobile app is currently in beta. If you'd like to be a tester, reach out to customer support.
