Being able to use templates for your most common conversations saves you time and ensures quality service no matter what part of the process your potential client is in. You'll be able to use them in existing emails on folk along with on LinkedIn and Gmail.
In the Messages section, when you go to the Templates tab, you have a centralized view with all your conversations templates.
How to create a new template
Just go to Messages, Templates tab and then click New Template on the top right.
To create a new template, you have to assign this template to one of your group. This way you can use the custom fields available in this group as variables in your template.
The make sure to add your subject & content and your template will automatically save.
You can also create a new template, after you've started a new email campaign.
If you realize that you'll re-use the content you've just added to the email you're about to send, you can also from there click Templates and then New template. It will save your email as a template.
How to update an existing template
Just go to Messages in the Templates tab. Click on an existing template and then edit your template the way you want. It will automatically save the updates for you.
You can easily retrieve the right template by searching for it in the Search bar.
Use Conversation Templates on LinkedIn
With folkX, you can access your message templates directly on LinkedIn and Gmail. Whether you’re sending an establishing intro or trying to progress a deal, save time without skimping on the personal touch.
Once you've installed folkX extension on your browser, you'll be able to access your message templates directly in LinkedIn, without switching context.
How to leverage my Conversation Templates:
Just go to your LinkedIn inbox in one of your conversation, and click the folk icon to see your list of templates and use them in your LinkedIn conversations.
You can either use an existing template or create a new one.
By creating a new template, it will appear in your folk workspace as well

If the contact you're reaching out to, already exist in your folk workspace, we'll auto update the variables with their info
If the contact doesn't exist in your folk workspace, you'll only be able to use First name & Last name as variables
