Building lists of contacts is annoying and time-consuming.

To free you from repetitive copy-paste and manual tasks, we've built a Chrome extension that allows you to capture contacts instantly from your favorite socials.

1. Download our extension

To download our extension, you can simply go to the Chrome Web Store or on our Website. Download the extension and pin it on your Chrome extension bar.

2. Capture contacts instantly

Import individuals or bulk upload targeted lists from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and all your favorite social channels.

folkX extension is supported on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Twitter (X), Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (coming soon), WhatsApp (coming soon).

2.1. LinkedIn & Sales Navigator

Open a LinkedIn profile you'd like to add to your folk CRM.

If the contact is not yet in your CRM, you'll see a button "Add to folk", just click on the button–and it will instantly retrieve the relevant data for this profile, such as:

For people: First name, Last name, Profile avatar, Company name, Company avatar, LinkedIn URL, Contact email (if public), Contact phone (if public), Job title, Description, Address
For companies: Name, Logo, URLs

If the contact is already in your CRM, you'll see a button "Open in folk", just click on the button -and it will instantly open the profile and enrich any new data (such as Avatar, Company name).

Before adding the contact to folk, you can select the relevant workspace at the top of the extension and the relevant group, where you want to add the contact.

Once the extension is opened on the right, easily edit any information directly from the extension:

Edit and fill in existing fields (like a status)
Add notes, or consult existing ones
Add reminders, or consult existing ones
Log an interaction, or consult exist ones

You can also add contacts in bulk from a targeted list. Just type keywords in LinkedIn Search (for instance "Head of sales") or apply filters in Sales Navigator, and save the whole list of people in your folk.

Click the "Add 10 people to folk" button at the top of the Search, or click the extension icon directly in your extension bar.

In LinkedIn, navigate page by page to add more contacts from the search results.

In Sales Navigator, you'll need to scroll down the page of results, to load all the contacts in the extension. You can add up to 25 contacts at once.

Once you've installed folkX extension on your browser, you'll be able to access your folk Message templates directly in LinkedIn, without switching context.

Just go to your LinkedIn inbox, or directly open a conversation from the messaging bar.
Click the folk icon to see your list of templates and use them in your LinkedIn conversations.
You can either use an existing template or create a new one.
- By creating a new template, it will appear in your folk workspace as well

- If the contact you're reaching out to, already exist in your folk workspace, we'll auto update the variables with their info
- If the contact doesn't exist in your folk workspace, you'll only be able to use First name & Last name as variables

2.2. Instagram

Open any profile on Instagram, then click "Add to folk" on the profile.

It will open the extension on the right. Pick the group where you want to add the contact - and it will instantly retrieve the relevant data for this profile, such as:

Profile picture, First name, Last name, Description, URLs

Please note that it is only possible to create people's profiles and not company's profiles yet. Also bulk add is not supported on Instagram.

2.3. Twitter (X)

Open any profile on X (Twitter), then click "Add to folk" on the profile.

It will open the extension on the right. Pick the group where you want to add the contact - and it will instantly retrieve the relevant data for this profile, such as:

Profile picture, First name, Last name, Description, URLs

You can also bulk add contacts from a search in X.

Please note that it is only possible to create people's profiles and not company's profiles yet.

2.4. TikTok

Open any profile on TikTok, then click "Add to folk" on the profile.

It will open the extension on the right. Pick the group where you want to add the contact - and it will instantly retrieve the relevant data for this profile, such as:
