Workspace accounts

Updated this week

Admins and owners can see which external accounts (email, WhatsApp, etc.) are connected by other members of the workspace. This helps understand who has connected their accounts and whether data sync is working correctly.

This view is read-only and does not allow modifying another member’s settings.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open Connected Accounts

The page contains two sections:

  • Your accounts – the integrations connected to your profile

  • Workspace accounts – a table showing integrations connected by other workspace members

The Workspace accounts section is visible only to admins and owners.

Workspace accounts table

The table lists all active workspace members and the status of their connected sources. If nothing is connected for a given member, it shows “No account”.

The possible statuses:

  • Connected – the integration is working normally

  • Disconnected – the connection was removed or expired

  • Missing permissions – the integration lacks required access

  • Syncing – data is currently syncing

It also shows interactions sharing settings from each source are connected in the workspace:

  • Private – only the member can see their interactions

  • Subject only – the subject line is visible to others

  • Shared – interactions are visible in the workspace

  • Activity only – for WhatsApp sources

How members are displayed

  • Members are sorted alphabetically (A → Z)

  • Inactive or deactivated members are excluded

  • Your own accounts are not shown (they already appear in Your accounts)

  • If no other members exist in the workspace, the Workspace accounts section is hidden
