Share interactions with your team

How to share emails and calendar events directly with your team

Share your interactions in your workspace with your teammates for better collaboration with your team.

No need anymore to jump on Slack or harass your colleagues on Whatsapp to keep track of your team’s relationships.

How to share interactions

Just go in your Settings in the Accounts section.

Go on the email source from which you want to share your interactions. And select one of the 2 sharing options:

  • Subject only: Email subjects, event names and participants will be visible to your teammates (we won't share the content of your emails).

  • Full access: Everything is shared to your teammates including email body, subject, participants.

Only members who access to shared groups, will be able to see shared interactions on the shared contacts.

Once your interactions are shared, the members of your workspace will see on the contact's profiles, both their own interactions with the contact and the ones shared by other teammates. You can easily filter interactions by teammates, to retrieve a relevant interaction from one of your teammate.

The options to Share your interactions is available for every one of your Google accounts; Which means that you can decide to share interactions of a specific Google account but not of the other ones.

At any time, you can decide to unshare these interactions, by selecting the Private option.

Also, note that you can check if your teammate have shared their interactions as an owner or admin of the workspace.

Considerations:

  • On first-time import, folk will retrieve the last 3 years of interaction history. Depending on your plan, you'll then be able to access more of that history over time.

    • In the Standard plan, you can see a maximum of 30 interactions per contact (within the last 3 years).

    • In the Premium plan, you can see unlimited interactions per contact.

  • If you are concerned about sharing emails, please note that:

    • You can choose not to share them from settings > accounts, or to share only the metadata (subject and date), not the content

    • As an advanced workaround, you can also set up a separate email account containing only the interactions you'd like to share, add this email account under settings > accounts, and share only interactions from this email account
