The Groups page gives you an overview of every group you have access to in your workspace. See at a glance how each group is shared, what access you have and who created it.
Access the Groups page
In the sidebar, click Groups (right below Dashboards).
You'll see all the groups you have access to, sorted alphabetically.
To find a group quickly, type its name in the search bar at the top of the page.
Understand your groups at a glance
Each group shows the following information:
Name: the group's emoji and name. Click on a group to open it.
Visibility: how the group is shared:
Shared with everyone: the group is shared with all members of the workspace
Shared: the group is shared with selected members only
Private: the group is only visible to you
Access: your permission in the group: Owner, Full access, Can edit content or Can view
Creator: the member who created the group
The Groups page only shows the groups you have access to. Private groups from other members won't appear in your list.

Create a group
Click New group at the top right of the page.
Add your group name and pick an emoji.
Choose the type of contacts you want to manage in this group: People, Companies or Deals.
Click Create group.
Groups created from the Groups page are shared with everyone in your workspace with Full access. You can change this at any time from the Share button in the group.
Manage a group
Hover over a group and click the three dots to:
Rename the group or change its emoji
Share the group
Add to favorites / Remove from favorites to pin it to the top of your sidebar
Duplicate the group
Delete the group
The actions available depend on your permission in the group. For example, only the group owner can delete a group.
