The Reached x folk integration enables a seamless two-way sync between both platforms. Import your folk contacts into Reached, run parallel dial sessions, and have all call activity automatically logged back in folk — in real time.
Setup Steps
1. Get your folk API key
Log into your folk account at app.folk.app
Create new API key
Name your key "Reached" (or any name you prefer)
Click Create key
Copy the API key immediately (you won't be able to see it again)
2. Connect folk in Reached
Open the Reached app and log in
Settings → Integrations
folk in the list and click Connect
Paste your folk API key in the field
Sync your data
Once connected, your folk contacts are automatically synced into Reached. Call outcomes, notes, and tasks will be logged back into folk in real time, keeping your CRM always up to date.
How It Works
Contact sync
folk contacts are imported directly into Reached — including name, phone number, email, and company. Any update made to a contact in folk is reflected in Reached in real time, so reps always call with accurate information.
Go to Leads
Create list
Import from CRM
Select folk
Call logs
Every call made through Reached is automatically logged back into folk, including:
Call date and time
Call duration
Call outcome (answered, voicemail, no answer, etc.)
Notes
Notes sync in both directions:
Notes written during or after a call in Reached are pushed to the corresponding folk contact
Notes added in folk are visible in Reached before a call, giving reps full context for every conversation
Tasks & reminders
Reminders created in folk can be imported into Reached to keep your workflow centralized in one place.

Troubleshooting
Connection failed?
Verify your API key is correct
Make sure you copied the entire key without extra spaces
Check that your folk account is active
Calls not syncing?
Confirm the integration shows as "Connected" in Reached Settings
Make sure the contact exists in your folk database
Check your internet connection during the call
Need to reconnect?
Settings → Integrations → folk
Disconnect
Follow the connection steps again with a new API key
