With the Fireflies + folk integration, your meeting notes, summaries, and key insights are synced directly to the right people and companies—so your team stays aligned without manual work.
What does the integration do?
Once connected, Fireflies will automatically:
Add meeting notes to the right contacts in folk
Create new contacts from meeting participants (optional)
Attach notes to associated companies
Keep your CRM updated with every conversation
How to connect folk and Fireflies?
Make sure you have:
A Fireflies account
A folk workspace
A folk API key (Premium plan is required)
Get your folk API key
Go to Settings --> API
Click New API Key
Name it (e.g. Fireflies integration)
Copy the key
Connect Fireflies to folk
Go to Integrations in Fireflies
Search for folk
Click Connect
Paste your API key
Click Authorize
You’ll then be redirected to configure the integration.
Data sync configuration & Settings
Choose how data is handled:
Create new contacts → add participants not yet in folk
Attach notes to companies → link notes to company profiles
By default, all meetings are synced. You can refine this using filters (available on higher plans):
Meeting title (e.g. “Demo”)
Host
Participants
Meeting type (internal / external)
Notes are automatically added to:
Contact profiles
Associated companies (if enabled)
Each note includes:
Summary
Key points
Link to full transcript
You can disconnect at any time.
Once disconnected, Fireflies will stop sending notes to folk.
