Source interactions
folk imports your emails and calendar events through Google/Microsoft synchronization. They are automatically added to each contact's profile, in real-time.
You can decide to keep your interactions private or you can share them with the members of the workspace with 2 sharing options (Subject only or Full access).

To retrieve the content of your emails & events, you can click on the interaction, it will display the full content in-app. Or click the expand icon next to the interaction, to open the full email in your Gmail.
Messages interactions
When sending an email or sequence from folk, it will automatically create the email as an interaction on the contact's profile.
You can click the interaction to see the content of your message
You can click expand next to the interaction, to retrieve the analytics for this sent emails (open, click, bounce...)
