The home screen of the folk mobile app gives you instant access to your CRM. From there, you can browse all the people and companies in your workspace, search across every field and note, and add a new contact in one tap.
Contacts from desktop are synced by default
No setup, no import. All people and companies from your folk workspace appear automatically on mobile as soon as you sign in. You don't need to import anything.
Any update made on desktop (a new contact, an edited field, a fresh note) syncs in real time to mobile, and vice versa. Your team always sees the same data, regardless of where the change came from.
Displays people & companies
When you open the app, you land on the All people view. From the title at the top of the screen, you can switch between two lists:
People β every person in your workspace, sorted by your last interaction by default.
Companies β every company in your workspace, sorted by creation date by default.
Search across your CRM
Tap the search bar at the top of the home screen to start searching. folk searches across native fields (name, email, job title, company, etc.) and notes content β exactly like search on desktop.
Results are split into two tabs: People and Companies. Tap any result to open the contact's profile.
Add new contacts
Tap the + button on the home screen to add something new. You'll see three options:
Add a person
Add a company
Scan a business card (coming soon)
