What this integration does
Once configured, the integration will automatically sync SMS activity between Quo and folk:
Every SMS sent from Quo is logged in folk
Every SMS received on your Quo numbers is logged in folk
Messages appear as interactions on contact records with:
SMS status (sent or received)
Full message content
A dedicated icon indicating it comes from Quo
This allows your team to keep a complete history of SMS conversations directly inside folk.
Before you start
To use this integration, you need access to the Hub.
The Hub is a custom platform developed by folk that enables:
Integrations (like Quo)
Automations
Forms
If you don’t have access yet, contact the folk team to get whitelisted.
Step 1: Access the Quo integration
Open the Hub
Go to the Integrations section
Select Quo
Step 2: Connect your accounts
You’ll need to connect both Quo and folk using API keys.
Get your folk API key
Go to Settings in folk
Navigate to API
Click New API key
Get your Quo API key
Go to Quo settings
Create a new API key
Add keys in the Hub
Paste both API keys into the integration setup
This allows Quo and folk to communicate
Step 3: Select phone numbers to sync
Choose which Quo phone numbers you want to connect:
Select specific numbers → only those will sync
Select all numbers → all SMS activity will sync
Only messages from selected numbers will be pushed to folk.
Step 4: Activate the webhook
Once your numbers are selected:
Create and enable the webhook
This allows real-time syncing of SMS events
Important:
Only new messages (after setup) will sync
Past conversations are not imported
Managing your integration
You can update the integration at any time:
Add or remove phone numbers
Stop syncing
Delete the connection entirely
Result
Once set up, the integration runs automatically:
All incoming and outgoing SMS from Quo are logged in folk
Your team gets full visibility on SMS conversations without leaving the CRM
