What is message scheduling?

Message scheduling lets you send a campaign or sequence at a future date and time.

  • Schedule campaigns or sequences

  • Control when the first message is sent

  • Let the rest of the sequence follow its delays

It helps you stay organized, respect time zones, and batch your outreach.


How to schedule a message

Create your campaign or sequence -> Click Send later and choose a preset or a custom date & time -> Click Save.

Your campaign will appear as Scheduled.

Please note that you can only send messages:

  • Minimum: 5 minutes in advance

  • Timezone: based on your system


Manage scheduled messages

Find them in Messages (filter by Scheduled if needed).

You can:

  • View send time

  • Open and edit

  • Cancel

To cancel: open the campaign → click Cancel (it returns to In review) or click on the quick actions on the right of the Message in the Messages page.


Sequences

  • Only the first message is scheduled

  • Following steps respect the sequence delays


Availability & Permissions

Scheduling messages are available on all plans:

  • Free trial

  • Standard

  • Premium/Custom

NB: Sequences are only available on Premium/Custom plans.

  • All users can schedule and cancel messages, regardless of role.


Credits & sending

  • Credits are checked at scheduling and sending time

  • If you don’t have enough credits, the campaign won’t send


Limitations

  • Cannot schedule in the past

  • Timezone cannot be manually changed

  • Limited editing once scheduled


Edge case

If your sender is disconnected at send time, the campaign won’t be sent—you’ll need to reconnect and reschedule.
