Before sending an email, it's possible to require a preview. This helps visualize the email in app and send an email to the current user to see exactly how the email will look like for recipients.
How does it work?
Previewing email before releasing them is available in campaigns, sequences & workflows.
Start by
Picking the sender
Drafting the campaign, including potential variables
Completing the subject
You can then click on "Preview" on the bottom of the email builder. This will offer you the option to chose one of the recipient of the current group, and will replace in-app the variables you've used in the email builder for this specific recipient.
You can then click on "Send preview" to view how the email will look like in your inbox. An email will be sent on the current user email address (basically, the email you're logged in with, not the sender).
AI Personalization
In the case of Workflow, we also offer the option to turn on "AI personalization".
AI personalization will personalize the email template you picked based on last notes & interactions, making the email feel even more personal. See more here.
In this case, the "Preview" will generate in-app a visualization of how the email might look like when applying AI personalization.
Please note that the email actually sent to this recipient might differ, as it will leverage latest notes and interactions to have the fresher content.
