Export contacts from Parma
Navigate to Settings > Data Import & Export > Data export and click "Export all data"
Alternatively, if you'd like to export only a specific group, navigate to this group, click on the three dots on the top right and click "Data export".
Import this data in folk using CSV file importer
Go to folk, sign up on app.folk.app and import your contacts from Parma by importing a file.
There are other ways to import file like connect your Gmail/Outlook account, connecting your WhatsApp account, with our Chrome extension or through API.
