How to change my user email to an email that is already in use?

If you’re trying to change the email linked to your user account but receive an error, it’s likely because the new email address is already connected to another existing workspace. Here is what to do!

In this case, we recommend to:

  1. Login to your workspace you do not longer wish to use.

  2. Delete the workspace associated to this email that you don't want to use anymore

  3. Log out and Log in again on the right workspace

  4. Proceed with the email change

  5. Confirm the email change in the email that will be send to your old and you new email address once you update.
