Move a deal forward from your phone or a voice note, without opening folk and clicking through fields.

Example prompt

"Acme accepted our proposal — mark them Closed-won and set the close date to today."

What happens

Your agent finds the Acme record, looks up the right pipeline and stage names from your workspace schema, and updates the Status field to Closed-won plus any close-date field you have.

Tools used

  • search_companies (or search_people)

  • get_workspace_schema

  • update_company (or update_person)

Tip

You don't need to remember stage names — your agent reads them from your workspace (e.g. Lead, Qualified, Follow-up, Closed-won, Closed-lost).
