Log a call or meeting by voice with folk MCP

Capture what just happened in a conversation the moment you walk out — without typing into folk.

Connect folk to your favorite AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT…) to read and write your CRM in plain language — no app switching, no manual digging.

What it does

Capture what just happened in a conversation — the moment you walk out — without typing a thing into folk.

Example prompt

"Just wrapped a call with Sara at Ramp. We covered pricing, she wants SSO before signing, and we agreed to reconnect next week. Log it."

What happens

Your agent finds Sara's record, logs the call as an interaction dated now with your summary, saves the detail as a note, and — if you have a deal with Ramp — updates its stage or adds the next step.

Tools used

search_peoplecreate_interactioncreate_noteupdate_object (optional)

Tip

Say the activity type naturally — "call", "coffee", "lunch", "event" — and your agent tags the interaction accordingly. Auto-synced email and calendar touchpoints flow in on their own; this is for the conversations that don't.

Setting it up

Connect folk to your AI client via the folk MCP, then describe the conversation in plain language — who it was with and what was discussed.
