Connect folk to DocuSign Using Make
You can automatically send contracts for signature through DocuSign whenever a deal is marked as closed in folk, using Make (formerly Integromat).
How to Set It Up:
Import the Scenario Blueprint
Download and import the following Make scenario blueprint:
Connect Your Accounts
Authenticate your folk account to trigger on the event "deal marked as closed."
Connect your DocuSign account so Make can send contracts directly to contacts.
Customize the Document and Recipients
The scenario will:
Trigger when a deal is marked closed in folk
Fetch the contact’s name and email
Automatically send a pre-configured contract for e-signature via DocuSign
You can upload your PDF contract or use a DocuSign template.
Optional: Modify Fields
Add fields like deal amount, company name, or custom notes from folk into your contract using DocuSign merge fields.
Apply filters or conditions to send contracts only for deals over a certain value, for instance.
