What happens
Your agent searches for Walt, retrieves his full profile — fields, notes, past interactions, and reminders — pulls Disney's company record and its associated contacts, reads where Disney sits in your pipeline (the Status field), and compiles a structured briefing.

The briefing is only as rich as your folk records. Notes, interactions, and reminders all come bundled in the contact and company profiles — the more you log in folk, the better the recap.
